In-person therapy is available in a cozy office, conveniently located in downtown Vancouver, near public transit.

  • Let’s get to know each other so you can decide if this a good fit for your therapy needs.

  • 50-minute therapy sessions are the most common option for individuals to process and explore their thoughts in a safe and caring environment.

  • Some individuals prefer a slower pace as they process and explore their thoughts. Longer sessions can be helpful for those looking to engage in somatic processing or integration of traumatic experiences. Or sometimes, there is just A LOT to talk about!
